At Executive Science, we have two distinct offerings; organisational, where we help executive search’ recruitment firms and hiring organisations improve their client capabilities. And personal, where we assist individuals, or businesses, with individual coaching programs.
For our organisational offering we do this in a number of ways:

Coaching as a service: How you can develop and integrate your coaching into your recruitment offering or assist organisations develop it as a function.
Consultant development and training: Support your people navigate and grow their senior netwroks.
Act as your inhouse lead: To support the above I can act as your organisations Senior Client Partner, to help you grow your offering, teams and client base.
For our personal offering we offer a range of coaching options:
Executive Coaching - Focused on supporting senior leaders, particularly those in new organisations, or stepping up into new roles or geographies.
Entrepreneurial Coaching - People who have, or will be, setting up new organisations.
Career Change Coaching - People who are unhappy in their current role, career or industry and want to change but may not know how.
